SUMMARY
The central insistence is that being here matters more than any mental working-out. The mind's outward travel—projecting itself into existence, into discussion, into tomorrow—never finds life. Presence arises when the mind is stilled and the pure intellect reflects reality without movement. This stillness is not trance but alert embodiment that can hear birds while feeling the solar plexus.
The work is practical and bodily: drop living tension down to the stomach's fire to be burned and converted to vitality. Learn to pull back from the eyes and ears, broaden vision, and let sound and sensation fall to the belly. Barriers appear as fear and resistance—the guardians of the thresholds—and they are crossed by valour, love, or pain. Emotion is shown as a cunning 'pygmy' that hides in joints and muscles; it is dissolved by conscious presence and by becoming the pain rather than resisting it.
To live this is to become God of one's own kingdom—circumstances align, ease returns, and life has no yesterdays. The path is induction: a state of being that initiates and transforms, even in sleep, without mental deduction.
