Inner space

'So what are the objects in inner space? Well, inner space is obviously a mirror, because if I want to think about something, I then look into the mirror of my inner space, which is like the memory, and up it pops a reflection of what I want to think about. Inner Space is a mirror. The only trouble is that everybody's inner space to begin with, and for a long, long time, is covered over with so many emotional objects, the worry about your mother and your father, the worry about your previous lover, your previous husband or wife, that's all emotional. And so it goes on to the mirror, and then there's all the childhood stuff and all that all over the mirror, until this beautiful, pure mirror is covered in this crap. And this crap consists of clutter which is mental, and clamor which is emotional.'
