The Vastness - part 1

In this first part of the series Barry Long introduces the central theme - the realisation God - 'God is nothing and God is within you, now and every moment'.

With the knowledge of 'God being nothing', Barry Long takes the audience down into the body and through the subconscious, pointing out all those aspects of the self that are 'something' that can be eliminated, leaving nothing but our true natural state - the state of being without movement.
