The solar plexus is the doorway to a space that is indescribable and new. It's like coming out of a big hessian bag and seeing the world around you for the first time. By entering the Sun centre; the solar plexus, you can begin to realise the freedom from sensory existence and enter a different place and space, where you are not as attached to the physical body as before. You can only do this in stillness and intelligence.
