SUMMER RETREAT

The Residential video showing takes place at the Ammerdown retreat centre . The centre is 10 miles from the World heritage city of Bath in the U.K. The nearest airport is Bristol and there is a bus service that runs hourly from the airport to Bath. If one is flying into a London airport then there is a train service every 30 mins from London Paddington to Bath that takes 1 hr 15 mins. The last part of the journey from Bath to the Ammerdown centre is by Taxi or bus.

The retreat centre is sited in the grounds of a country estate. It is quiet and peaceful and there are walks through the nearby woodland and fields. More information about the centre can be found on the website www.Ammerdown.org. 

All bookings have to be made directly with the organisers of the showing and not through the Ammerdown centre, as a group reservation has already been made.

The early summer event in May takes place over 5 days, starting at 2.30pm on the Friday and finishing at 3.30pm on the Tuesday. 

The centre has both twin and single en-suite rooms. 

The cost of attending the May event, including 4 nights single, full board accommodation is £584. 

The cost for 2 people sharing a single room is £536 per person.

The Ammerdown Centre have not set their prices for 2024 yet, so these prices may increase.  

A booking can be secured by a non refundable deposit of £80. Full payment is required 4 weeks before the start date of the event. Payments cannot be refunded for cancellations less than 2 weeks before the start of the event, as this is the cancellation policy of the Ammerdown centre.
