LOCATION
The Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam (public library) is a 3 minute walk from Central Station in a spacious building with books, audio, free internet and on the 7th floor buffet restaurant La Place Marché and a splendid view over the city of Amsterdam. Oosterdok parking garage - entrance between the OBA and Central Station - will be E3,80 per hour and free parking is available at Van Riemsdijkweg, from where you can take a free half-hourly ferry (NDSM-werf veer) to Central Station - see map / www.oosterdokseiland.nl / www.amsterdam.info / www.iamsterdam.com

GETTING THERE
The Openbare Bibliotheek Amsterdam is a 5 minute walk from the Central Station. There is a parking garage between Central Station and the OBA called Parking Oosterdok (Euro 3,80 per hour). Free parking is available in Amsterdam-Noord at Van Riemsdijkweg. From there take the ferry (NDSM-werf veer), which leaves every half hour to Central Station and takes 15 minutes to cross the river. From there it is a 5 minute walk to the OBA - see map
