Collected Talks from Mount Tamborine
Once a month during the years 1986 to 1990 Barry Long recorded a short message from his home in Queensland, Australia.
These 'Talks from Tamborine Mountain' were originally distributed to the group he had been teaching in the UK before he moved back to Australia - the idea being to stay in contact with them. Later, as Barry Long took his teaching worldwide, the tapes went to many more listeners, becoming a highly valued means of staying in touch with him and his latest reflections of truth.
Clear, concise and practical advice is received in instalments - driving the message home.
The complete collection is a treasury of wisdom and inspiration - the spoken journal of a spiritual master.
Initially issued on dictation tapes (15 minutes a side) 1986 to 1990; re-published in 1994, compiled on cassette tape; now being released in sequence as mp3 downloads. The original tapes have been professionally remastered to restore the intimate quality and timbre of voice while retaining the background sounds of nature which Barry refers to frequently.
Recommendation: Although you can buy these mp3s whenever you want and in whatever sequence, the best way to get the most out of them is to start at the beginning and acquire them one at a time on a regular basis. It does not take much of your time to listen to them and receiving the teachings in a regular rhythm has more impact. Each message can then be absorbed and lived before the next one arrives.
