LOCATION
This seminar on video will be held at Fawley Court, a peaceful retreat set in its own grounds just outside Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire. Henley-on-Thames is a small picturesque town about 30 miles from London. The river Thames flows through Fawley Court and there are lovely walks and places to sit along its banks. Accommodation is available onsite and there is a campsite only a few minutes walk away.
Henley-on-Thames is served by good rail and coach links from London, Reading, Oxford and Heathrow airport.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS
There is a range of accommodation at Fawley Court in simple single, twin, triple and family size rooms, with shared facilities. There are also a few ensuite rooms.
Breakfasts are included in the room cost. Other options are half board which includes evening meals or full board which includes lunches and evening meals. Meals will be vegetarian. All meals have to be booked and paid for in advance.
Non residential attendees can book meals (must be booked in advance), or make their own arrangements by bringing a picnic or eating at a cafe or restaurant in the town.

CAMPSITE

CHILDREN
Please inform us as soon as possible if you intend to bring children. Childcare facilities are not available.

BOOKING DEADLINE
Places and accommodation are limited - early booking is advised. All booking must be accompanied by full payment or a £50 deposit. All payments must be in pounds sterling. Full and final payment is due by 1 April. Please help us by booking early.

HOW TO PAY
Payment must be by cheque made payable to Barry Long Foundation International.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations before 1 April will receive a full refund less £25. Cancellations after 1 April will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of 25%.
